Good quality reasonably-priced fluorescent softlights

I am looking for a fluorescent source with a light output roughly equal to about 450-650 tungsten watts, in the price range (uh-oh) of $200-$400, to use as a soft key for interviews and such.

It would be nice to get kino-flos, caselites, or something similar, but $700-1000+ for one light is not in my price range. So far I have considered the coollights CL-SFT1 seen here:

CL-SFT1 Cool Lights Fluorescent Video Softbox Fixture - Cool Lights USA

and the interfit digilite seen here:

Interfit | DigiLite Fluorescent Light Panel | INT612U | B&H

I am worried that the interfit may not be enough light to use for a key.

Please add suggestions!
