why do YOU NEED SO MUCH light????? What a waste of energy and money.

REmember this.

A kitchen is WHITE >>> reflects light as hell>>>you only need 4 lights>>>

1) key light (keyed above the camera or slightly at the right)
2) fill light (use soft light cause the kitchen is allready white)
3) backlight (plug it on the ceiling)
4) soft light to lighten the food (don't use hard lights cause you don't want the food to look like your grandmother's face. Create a island-wanna-be-yummy- kind of-food. Mmmmm.

If you record evrything when the sun is up, BETTER. If not, push a tugnsten through the window (Sof light as well)
