difference in Focus control flood vs. spot (Britek)

Are the Britek halo spot lights more directional and focusable than the ones with focus control? That's what i thought when i compared their names: halo spot vs. halo flood

So what's the difference between these spot lights and the ones with focus control in these Briteks (which are not called spot):
