With case, this is selling for $3000. Offhand, I don't like the fact that this light has a "brain" in it. These kind of things break down easily. I would love it if it was kept very simple and basic. I have a feeling that if someone dropped this once, it's game over.

If I'm going to shell out $3K for a LED light, you can bet it's going to be babied....which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a robust, portable light.
