Charles,
I got a question, did you the steadicam shot in the opening when Lumbergh first arrives in his porsche and the plates say "my prsch", because as far as i can see those plates must have really existed out there? DId you meet the guy who actually owned those plates and had a snicker to yourself about them? Zac |
someone make me an offer. must sell,
if you pay 1200 ill pay the shipping anywhere in the US |
I'm pretty sure the art department made up those plates. Many of the shows I have worked on that are shot in LA but supposed to be somewhere else use replica plates that are made of plastic.
Keith, Jennifer had just started dating Brad Pitt and spent all of her spare time on the cel phone with him, sadly, this was just months after she had said in an interview "I'm tired of dating actors, I just want to date a regular guy"...! Zac, I've realized I do have some other "Office Space" things that I should probably put up on eBay...the wrap party invite was in the form of one of the "Initech" nametags, with Milton's picture on it, plus I think I have an Initech baseball cap around somewhere. |
Hey Chas, I'll give you a good price on that Initech ball cap by private email.
And if there's any way to get John C. McGinley and/or Ron Livingston to autograph that monitor, then it would definitely have my competitive interest! I'm sure they're both good poker buddies of yours... |
Now if you had some photos from the American History X shoot....
|
Rob, I have a great one of Ed Norton wearing my Steadicam and aiming it at me while I'm pointing his gun at him...! Another fave pic from that shoot has the entire camera department lined up with our jaws on that infamous curb (how brutal was that scene?). The curb had been covered with a rubber face that was painted like concrete to protect the actor's teeth, incidentally. We spent days shooting that scene. I know people who won't even watch the movie after having that part described to them! I wish I had a website (so embarassing) so I can post them for you guys.

<< wish I had a website so I can post them for you guys. >>
A slice of dvinfo is always at your dispoal, Chas... email 'em to me and I'll be glad to host them for you. |
Now this is the stuff I want to hear! A rubber face on the curb
(ofcourse, why didn't I think of that?).... That scene was very brutal indeed. One of the most brutal I have ever seen (not really in what you see, but more in how inhumane it is.... brrr) |
Ohh i would LOVE the baseball cap Charles...
MY mind is swimming at the thought of walking around with that and see who gets it. Heheheh Zac |
Charles, you don't have a personal website? Why would it be embarrasing? You have accomplished enough (plus more) to have your own personal website. If your not all that great with web design and all that, i'd be happy to put something together for you, although i'm sure you could easally get a REAL professional to do you one. :D
|
Charles,
Now you've done it...you've gotta post the picture of you guys with your jaws on the curb. |
The embarassing part is not having the website already. haven't really had much of a need for it but it would come in useful. I have the designer lined up but no time at present to assemble--thanks anyway, Alex!
|
So, when do we get to see the pics?!
when?! WHEN?! :-) |
I'll try, gents, but I only have a few days before leaving for a long job so my "playtime" is limited--
|
No rush Charles, after you get back is fine.
