Price update and additional info

I am prepared to drop the price to £4500. I should have mentioned that the software in the camera was updated to allow continous recording and improve low noise in dark areas. I am hoping to replace with a HVR S270 which is more suited for the work that I do.

Gabor Heeres June 3rd, 2010 07:53 AM

I changed these cams the other way around last year. From HVR-S270 to PDW-F330. I hope you're not going to regret your choice, in my opinion the PDW-F330 is the better camcorder of these.

JVC HZ-NK23 Nikon Mount to 2/3 B4 Mount (DOF Adapter)

7 Attachment(s)
This is a rare one. You won't see these come up for sale too much. Trust me these adapters are very rare. I'm offering it at the cost of $1,000 plus shipping.

This adapter allows you to use any Nikon mount lens on your 2/3" B4 Mount HD (or SD) video camera. If you have a bunch of old Nikon lenses or a specialty lens like a long telephoto, you know just how hard it is to get those lenses on a professional 2/3 B4 camera.

This is not a spinning or vibrating ground glass adapter. It is self contained, requires no power. The image in your viewfinder is right-side up. The depth of field of your camera records is the same shallow DOF you get on your Nikon camera. The field of view is the same as your Nikon camera too. A 50mm lens has the field of view that you would expect a 50mm to have.

This lens adapter is made for lenses that mount to APS-C sensor sized Nikon cameras. When using these lenses there is no crop factor, however you can use this mount with any full manual Nikon lens, including those made for 355mm film or 35mm sized sensors.

This adapter is in excellent condition with no scratches or anything on the lens elements. The thumbscrew on the side is for setting back focus.

These adapters are very similar to the "COPLA" 1/3 mount shown here: Here are some pictures of the actual adapter being offered.

PDW f330 or HVR S270

I only film weddings and got an S270 recently. As you say it is not as good as the XDcam but is better in low light and is far better for hand held use. Now looking for a second HVR S270 or sometime simillar.
