I recently bought the Marshall V-R70P-HDA 7 Inch LCD Monitor for use with my XL-H1 as a field HD monitor. The monitor is great, but I have rarely used it and am thinking of selling it and using the money for upgrades to my edit system instead. It is practically brand new ... I must've used it for about 10 minutes at most.

It was purchased from B&H on 08/16/06 and I have everything that comes with it. It is this here:

Any probs with it? I have one already that is working great but only after a visit to Marshall to correct what seems to be a very common problem. Also, your price may be a little high, I bought my other one for $1200 brand new with shipping included. Willing to budge any on that price? You might get more bites over on DVXuser.

It really shines on the component input with something like a DVD player or XBOX hooked up but its not so great (as would be expected) with composite and s-video. For me, DLP's rainbow effect is non-existent but some have claimed to witness it on the composite and s-video inputs. The projector is brighter than its claimed 1500 lumens and has an eco-mode that puts the bulb life to 5000 hours which is better than my 50" Sony LCD.

No problems at all with it. I really just haven't used it enough yet to justify owning it ... more of a rental item to me. I dunno about the price ... I really just bought it and barely used it.

I'm selling one full copy of Final Cut Studio 5.1 Universal Binaries. This package is the big black box - it includes all the manuals and everything (1/2 of the manuals are even still in their shrinkwrap!).

(The full install package retails for $1,499.00 CDN direct from Apple).

Although I installed and uninstalled the software on my computer (was going to edit a documentary myself, but ended up hiring an editor), I never registered the software. There are actually two licences included in this package - one for FCP 3 and one for FCP 5.1 Studio Upgrade. Both licences and software packages are being sold here together, and both have never been registered. You therefore do not need to be a previous FCP user in order to install/register this package.

FS: Sony BVW-70 BetacamSP record deck in NY
 

First off...I really don't want to have to pack and ship this monster, so I'd really prefer to find a buyer that's local. I am located in Mahopac NY, 1 hr north of NYC. I am willing to meet half way (within reason) if you are driving from out of town.

Now, the details. This is a BVW-70 betaSP record/edit deck. In working condition. Plays & records fine. It was checked out and cleaned last spring. Heads were measured, have approx 60% life until recommended replacement. Only issue..."edit in" button on the front is stuck, which unless you are editing deck to deck you will NEVER need (and even then you can use a remote). Hours are unknown (the hours meters on these are battery powered, so if the battery dies, it resets).

These decks are considered the best analog beta decks sony ever made...these are the only ones with 4 channels of audio. Also features digital audio meters, built in TBC and confidence record heads

Does include owners manual.

Asking $2500 (when it was new, these sold for around $40,000...that's just nuts). Would consider trades...let me know what you have.

I've owned it since the spring, used it for 1 big editing project I had, don't see myself using it all that much, so I figured I'd see if anyone is interested.

Should really have posted pricing.. I'm asking $1800 plus shipping for the whole package.

I was actually using my system all day today and I tested it out just now in my apartment(I live about 10 minutes away from downtown LA) and I had no interference. Everything sounded great.
