DDR400 PC3200 512Mb chips are only around $55 brand new from Crucial - the top supplier of memory online. I'd definitely rethink your pricing.

I am selling a mint condition 20x lens from my XL2, i bought it with the camera, used it once, and decided to use my buddys 16x manual ever since. Its an amazing lens but not right for my needs. Guys, PC3200 and DDR400 are equivalent. One is just a different way of saying the other. PC2700 is DDR333, etc.

Hugh, the price is indeed too high. You can pick up Corsair (arguably better than Crucial) 2 x 512MB sticks for $80 at Newegg.
