So one of the glass is busted, or is it the plastic frame that hold's the glass? If you can post a picture, that would be helpful.

No the frame is perfectly in tact. Just the glass broke out. It still works nicely as a gel holder if need be. The diffusion is still in there too by the way. I'll post pics soon.
