Camera and tripod have been used less than 10 hours total, all original
packaging for camera -if that means anything? No scratches dings or
blemishes that I am aware of, just a little dust on tripod, camera has been

You could wait until the next video event you go to.
Take it along if Danny is there on a DVTEC stand and see if he wants it.
