FS: Hard Drive Enclosures

I am selling three ADS DLX-185 "Dual Link Drive Kits", which are drive enclosures. They each have one USB2 port and two Firewire 400 ports. They can enclose either a 3.5-inch hard drive or a CD/DVD drive. Internal fan provides cooling. They work great for video editing with PCs – I used them to store the video and audio files while editing. Here is a pic:
www.yourweddingfilm.com/ads.htm

I'm selling them for $30 each, plus shipping. Each drive comes with a power cable, USB cable, firewire 400 cable, and instructions.

Since I currently have hard drives installed in each enclosure, I'd like to sell each with a hard drive, though I'm also willing to sell without the hard drive. Here are the drives I am offering:

1. Western Digital 120Gig PATA, 7200 RPM, 3.5 inch (for total of $55 with enclosure)

2. Western Digital 120 Gig PATA, 7200 RPM, 3.5 inch (for total of $55 with enclosure)

3. Western Digital 250 Gig PATA, 7200 RPM, 3.5 inch (for total of $75 with enclosure)

Everything is in great condition.

FS in US: Sennheiser G2 kit, Roland monitors, Fujinon lens controls, more!

Hey everyone!
Time to clean a few items out of my video closet. Please check my stuff out and holler if ya got any questions :) All items are in great working condition. Prices listed in red, all offers considered. Shipping is additional. I accept Paypal too - no fees will be charged to the buyer for using Paypal.
  1. Varizoom VZ-PRO-F Zoom Control: This is a fantastic tool for your Fujinon lens. One of the best features is the zoom speed setting dial. I often will set this to the lowest zoom speed, hold down the rocker all the way, and get a perfect slow zoom. The rocker also will perform variable zoom speed (the more pressure, the faster it zooms). $225.

  2. JVC VF-P400U 4" CRT Studio Viewfinder: Very sharp, clear, and bright image. I have used this monitor with my JVC GY-DV500, DV5000, and DV5100. It's great! Slight image retention from target markers, does not affect viewability. Small scratch on left side of hood. $350.

  3. JVC SA-K400 Studio Viewfinder mount: includes hex screws. This bracket connects to the top handle of the JVC GY-DV5xxx series cameras and allows the VF-P400U to be attached. I am including this with the purchase of the VF-P400U monitor above..

  4. Fujinon CFH-2 Focus control handle: attaches to the pan handle. Used with the other two components listed below. $250 for the "kit" - includes the control cable and focus block attachments listed below..

**Please note: the model in this link is the CFH3 which replaced the CFH2.

Just so you guys know, the place I used to work for had that same wide angle and it's a darn good zoom through lens. It's a pretty heavy piece of glass, but attaches securely to the HVX.

I'd buy some of your stuff if I wasn't poor.

Bryan Wilkat February 12th, 2008 03:42 PM

Brand new in box, never opened. This is my second one. I just bought before Christmas, but this one never was opened. I sold my first one ($2000+ on ebay) which was opened for try only, but I didn't want to sell this one. Unfortunately I need to.
Comes with DV6 SB head quick release plate, one pan arm, CF legs with Speed Lock, mid. spreader,

Again it's still in sealed Sachtler cardboard box.

NewTek Tricaster Pro FX

This is a feeler - I'm bidding on a job that will require a NewTek Telecaster FX, and while it'd be great to hang onto it once I'm done, unless I line up more of these jobs I think I'm going to have to resell it when I'm finished.

I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in purchasing this from me once I'm finished with the job. It's going to be a month-long project, and I'll have enough room to resell it at a good discount when I'm finished. It retails for $9000, and I'm thinking about reselling it at $7500. Here is a link to the website: http://www.newtek.com/tricaster/tricaster_profx.php

Post or email me if you are interested - philip@centerstreetproductions.com.

It handles 16x9, which is why I have to get this one rather than the Tricaster Pro base model, which only handles 4x3.

Nikon lenses FS in LOS ANGELES, CA, USA

Hi all

Have these manual focus lenses for sale -- they work great in a 35mm adaptor setup:

Nikkor 35mm/f2
Nikkor 50mm/f1.2
Nikkor 85mm/f1.4
Nikkor 105mm/f2.5
Nikkor 105mm/f4 Micro

All lenses have caps front and rear, and the correct Nikon metal hoods. Many of them have UV/Skylight filters too.

Prefer to let them go as a group rather than as individual lenses, but either way works.

Please give me reasonable but not bargain basement offers as these are very clean lenses in good shape, pulled from my production kit because I'm switching to Zeiss Contax lenses.

These Nikons have been well maintained and have shot hundreds of magazine covers, articles, etc. (I was a fashion and beauty photographer before I switched to film making).

Post or EM for photos of the lenses.

Thanks
Chris

I have comparable lenses to the others but I don't have an 85mm. How much for just the 85mm?

Aaron Winters February 13th, 2008 11:25 PM

What arm do you have with it? Any pictures?

Assume all is in working order of course.

Dave Blackhurst February 13th, 2008 11:41 PM

Hi Pat -
Just FYI, pretty much any Sony remote will work fine. I don't recall the specific model # for the Z1U, but I've probably got something laying around - I know I've got a spare or two of the RM835 (?) or whatever the mini remote that comes with the current Sony line is... might be an older style full size one around too, let me know if you've got a preference.

Patrick Pike February 13th, 2008 11:59 PM

Dave-

The reason that I want/need the one for the Z1U is for the Time Code Reset Button. I have two A1U's and one Z1U that I sync up the time code using the remote. Unfortunately, we lost the remote on a shoot....
