Canon XL2, Chrosziel, 16x, etc for sale Austin, TX

I have a great XL-2 setup that I am going to piece out in order to sell. This camera has worked flawlessly. Never had any issues with dropouts or mechanical problems, dead pixels, etc. Heads regularly cleaned. ONLY Sony premium tapes have been used in this camera. Fantastic camera, great colors, sharp.

For sale:

--- Canon XL2 with 20x lens, battery, strap, remote, sunshade, lens/body caps, users manual. $2000
*There was some rubbing on the viewfinder and on the aperture control 'nub' from the Storm Case foam I kept the camera in. This caused the rubber coating to peel off on the front of the finder. It is purely cosmetic. See photo #3.

Here's a shot of the above items all setup together (minus the dual battery holder and tripod of course). I will sell all of the above as a package for $4100

Also for sale:

--- EWA Marine soft housing for Canon XL1 (XL2 *could* fit if you remove the shoulder support, although I haven't tried it). Included: soft case, 2lb divers weight, weight holder, desiccant, various step-up rings $350
*I only used this thing twice. Both times it was properly washed and dried. No leaks or tears present.

Pickup in Austin, TX is preferred (or I'll meet you within a reasonable distance), but I will ship. Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance. Your choice of shipping methods (UPS, Fedex, etc). I prefer cash or cashiers check. Any personal checks will have to clear before shipping.

Please email me or post here with any questions. Thanks!

I think I have found another solution, so I am no longer in the market for this deck.

Thanks to all who responded.

Glidecam V25

I'm upgrading to a larger rig so I'm selling the V25.

It's been a brilliant system and very flexible - you can basically fly any video or S16 camera on it. I haven't tried but it should handle a Red One without too many tons of accessories.

The sled and arm come in a large Storm flight case.

I can also supply a perfect C-stand for £85 and 4 Sony V-Locks for £80 each with the rig. The batteries are in great shape, one powered the rig all day yesterday on a 12 hour shoot with a lot of Steadicam.

The rig is in near perfect condition. There are a few tiny scuff marks around the gimbal from docking. Operationally it is like new.

I am about to VAT register, so if it is bought after I do, I'll be looking for £4500 GBP plus VAT @17.5%. If I am selling outside the UK VAT may not need to be added.

Call me on 07773 179773 for more info/pictures or email: mmarriage@orange.net

Rig is in the UK near London (Chelmsford) and I will ship worldwide if the buyer pays.
