Varizoom 'buttons' vs 'rocker'
I know there is a Varizoom controller out there that has buttons
for zooming rather than a rocker, I don't see it on their website but how good is the 'rocker' feel on these? I was thinking the buttons might be better, more efficient, any thoughts? Thanks |

Buttons are counter-intuitive. With your thumb resting on the neutral position of a rocker, you are prepared to either zoom in or out. Their are no professional zoom controllers that use buttons for zooming.
Additionally, there are other controllers besides the Varizoom that use the rocker control. Wayne Orr, SOC

Thanks Wayne, Varizoom did make one but discontinued it
because it was not as good as the rocker. |

Studio1Store offers a zoom controller that uses buttons instead of rockers.
