At first when we purchased ours the only problem we had was the customer service. But from what I gather is over the last year they have revamped there customer service and it is a pleasure dealing with them now. As for the VZ rock, we have at least 10 of them and they are great. We use them with the Z1's and after you spend some time getting the feel of the VZ rock it makes you wonder how you made it without it.
