Re: New website - Comments and criticism appreciated

Oh that's because the "About" links directly to the "what we do". It's the parent header, not an actual page.

I'm not entirely sure how to get rid of it, though. I'm still getting to grips with...

Re: Sachtler Ace with slider?

Yup that was what I was afraid of.

What about an FSB4 head with TT 75/2 carbon fibre sticks?

Sachtler Ace with slider?

Hi,

I've been looking for a decent, lightweight tripod system that will be able to support a short slider (Cinevate Duzi or similar length sliders) by itself without flex/bending. I'm considering...

Re: Show your wedding timelines!

Glen, that is an amazing video! Especially loved the shot near the end pulling out from the carousel and ending with the kiss.

Re: Switching from Vegas to Premiere Pro CC

I have used (and still do) both Vegas and Premiere. They are both great editors and if you're comfortable with one, i see no reason to switch. Personally, I love premiere for it's rendering and the...

Zacuto Z EVF still the one to get?

So to my understanding, the zacuto EVF was one of the best choices for DSLR monitoring when it was released in its price range... in 2011. So, Is it still the one to go for in that price bracket? ...

Re: Contrasting Love - C&C welcomed!

Thanks guys! I agree the vignette's quite strong but i wanted it to isolate the groom from the really busy background a bit better.

There wasn't dancing in the typical sense (couple first dance...

Hi guys, posted previously about mounting an evf and just discovered (well, more of re-discovered) the Kinotechnik LCDVFe EVF. It seems like a really good deal with a good solid mount thrown in....

Re: Mounting a small monitor / evf to 5D

Does the output shrink when you hit record?

Markus: I'm looking at the wooden camera quick cage (medium) and cheese handle bar. It looks like quite a nice solution with plenty of mounting holes....

Re: Mounting a small monitor / evf to 5D

Re: Mounting a small monitor / evf to 5D

Mounting a small monitor / evf to 5D

I'm thinking of getting either a zacuto evf or a small monitor (less than 7'') for my 5d3.

How are most of you mounting them onto your DSLRs? Assuming I do not wish to use the hotshoe mount than...

Re: Show your wedding timelines!

Ha! Yeah, 100% agree.

Any project longer than 10 minutes gets broken down into 5-8min sequences. Keeps things nice and neat.
