pal land shoot 25f shutter 1/50.no probs with...
pal land shoot 25f shutter 1/50.no probs with motion.
using 1/25 shutter helps with low light but motion appears choppy.
i prefer the look of 25f to 50i dont know why hard to explain ..just looks...

well I went with 25f (canons 25p) at 50 shutter...
well I went with 25f (canons 25p) at 50 shutter and I must say, with relief, it looks fantastic.
I was playing back a dvd of the footage onto a large(ish) crt tv and a friend passing bye, who knows...

hi okay ive read as much as i can find about the two formats but still not sure which way to go...im filming a dance school show on friday,two cameras both canon xh-a1.
Ive never used 25p in anger...

would agree that auto focus is usually a bad...
would agree that auto focus is usually a bad thing and i for one dont like to use it and wouldnt use it for things like weddings etc where i want to control point of focus depth of field etc however...

its not the auto focus that would worry me but...
its not the auto focus that would worry me but the HDV codec with the rapid motion ie pans etc..i have been filming ice skating for a couple of years with pd170 and vx2100 and i am now researching...
