Compared to Rx10 it's almost the same, but with better codec and 5 axis is. Of course the lens is less capable, but we are talking about a camera that is 1/3 in weight and 1/4 in size. Not to mention...

Not so long ago I had read that exmor sensor technology was restricted to small sizes. This is the first camera to utilize it for FF and the benefits are eye popping.
So far the usable iso was 4-5...

According yo Cnet besides the optical stabilization it uses electronic stab. That's why the chip is slightly larger than 1/3.
Nowhere is said that the chip is only 1920X1080 pixels. Could be more...

When we speak about equivalent FF focal length is an empirical way to understand the angle of view of a uncommon format for a given focal length. Therefore is more appropriate ALWAYS to measure them...
