You either have a dead pixel on your camera or dust on your chip, you need to talk to another Canon services person, I don't know if 70D has a "manual clean" feature, read your manual, if it does, do...

Footage are beautiful for the most part, but a 30 seconds, there are tons of aliasing in the water, you can clearly see colors dancing in the dark area of the water.

I have never use all I and that is why I don't see it, the bitrate for all I is not high enough and there are more noise and artifacts in it from all the comparison I saw.
