with 2.5k raw file, you'd need more: CF cards, RAM and a powerful workstation and you can add more here

1. For the interview, they are both separately mic'd. So, I used both audio altogether. (1 G3 , and 1 tascam) on the timeline.

Tascam DR8 (the H1 counterpart) is what i have been using vs the H1.
H1 is too fat to fit on the pocket

if you shoot 5D,
24-70 is an all around lens. match it with 70-200, these two can shoot weddings sufficiently.
