If the winds are 15mph or less, minimal post stabilization is needed. This was a mid afternoon scenario, with wicked winds and thermals. Definitely not ideal. But fun anyway.

Yeah, the HC5 is a popular camera on the smaller heli's. That's what we use. We also fly the HVX200 and Sony EX1 for some clients.

These downlink transmitters do not work with HDV resolutions. They are only utilized so you can see what your camera is seeing. Recording will need to still be done on your tape in camera....
