I was able to fix it by uninstall it and then use the adobe clean up tool and re-install.

I was in a middle of working on a project and tried to understand key frames since I am new to this program.
I tried to click on the add\remove key frame to do some changes and then premier crashed....

Back in the days when my primary camera was the Sony FX1000 I render it to MPEG-2 HDV 1080 60I with audio.

Maybe I have to much expectations from the GPU.
I have CS5 on my computer and it works great with the GTX 570, nothing like...

I have the same issues I had before.
Sony Vegas 64 constantly crashes to the point that I can not use it.
32 bit is stable but it does not look like i am gaining anything from my GTX 570.
