This seems good round the house in low light, but how would it be handling stage flashes and lights. Will motion be okay...

thanks for the replies, the tutorial will be good, Ill do it anyway. I ended up getting it done with photoshop. I rendered the image as a PNG out of AFX, put it in Photoshop and used a smudge brush...
