I'm now going up filming in a pre-WWII biplane in a couple of weeks and wanted to get a polarising filter for my TM900. I will probably also take some of my Canon 7D kit as I want all bases covered...

RODE Videomic Pro & Deadcat on TM900 - Pictures
Very true! Here are a couple of pics of the Rode Videomic Pro with its Rode deadcat mounted on the Panasonic TM900 accessory shoe. One shows how the deadcat fits across the back of the mic.

My Rode deadcat for the VMP just arrived. Very black! It is indeed a snug fit. Very light but seems to cover all the foam well and then can be firmly closed near the back with the velcro fastening....
