CF cards (vs sd, i really prefer cf, not really a reliability issue, cf is just more rugged)

Battery life if the main reason i use the tascam dr100 over the zoom h4n,

I have both, and use both, but the tascam is the all day workhorse, mainly due to the battery.

I regularly mix 7d and t2i, the footage is VERY close, in fact, i tend to find that any diferences are down to different lenses.
