I use edius and export a hqavi file and import that in tmpgenc because that's a lot easier to handle in tmpgenc and very fast to scroll and choose your chapter markers, I have timed it some months...

+ 1 for tmpgenc authoringworks, eventhough it will not give you the same creative freedom to design menu's as Encore will give you it has proven to be rocksolid over the years in my case, never...

and last one shot with the gh80 in 4k with the 14-140mm (or 28 to 280mm in full frame), this lens is stabilized and I just updated teh firmware on that lens to make it work together with the camera...

I shot this with my gh4 and a 14-140mm lens at f3.6 and 6400 iso and shot in 4K, did the same with the GX80, both where set in standard...

That might depend on the NLE used, in Edius adding sharpening to a 100mbs 4K file takes max 1 second longer to render per minute footage with sharpening vs without sharpening, that's hardly a problem.
