How do you quote jobs?
Just wondering what your methods are for quoting jobs. Do you ask the client for a budget then quote? Or do you first quote them and then get to know their budget?
Is there an industry standard...

Blinking HDV/DV IN on 1394 Firewire connection
Just build a new editing rig and I plugged in my XH-A1 today (via IEE 1394) and got the blinking HDV/DV IN and Windows XP SP2 x64 will not recognize it.
Saw some post on similar problems in this...
