You're right Jeff, hard drives are cheap,and we have a ton of space. I think it's the obsessive side of me that likes to see everything and know exactly what I have to work with before I start :-)

Ben, we shoot on Panasonic HMC150s and use FCP. I haven't read up on the new AC130s, but I'm guessing the workflow and codec are the same. We transcode everything to Apple Pro Res, and yes it does...
