Re: EF to M43 Adapters

Good points.

The thing I like about the SpeedBooster adapters is the change in crop factor but there very expensive. I really miss camera stores where you can touch things and see if they work...

Re: EF to M43 Adapters

Its difficult to find any information about the manufacturer or this product. How would you use it with L-Series lenses without aperture control?

I'd be interested if you learn more about this.

Re: Glidecam vs Movi

The main difference is that Steadicam's are passive, they rely almost entirely on balance while camera gimbals like the Movi are active stabilizers requiring a controller to keep the camera steady.

Re: Soliciting input for a unified DVi comment to the FAA

Actually. that's exactly what I'm creating. My argument with the FAA has little to do with regulating the safety of Drone flight, its to defend our right, the rights of realtors, construction...

Re: DJI S1000 - 5D3 or GH4?

There are so many variables that go into the decision of which is the right setup for you. There are several reasons that I don't trust DJI controllers to lift expensive equipment. I've had two...

Re: DJI S1000 - 5D3 or GH4?

I have a 5D3, I'm waiting for my GH4 to arrive Tuesday. I've seen some very good aerial from both but the 5D3 is certainly heavier which greatly complicates doing aerial.

I'll let you know after...

Re: Short GH4 Reel from Hawaii

Wow, nice work. Looks like the GH4 is going to be the new "it" camera for aerial. That's really nice footage.

What gimbal are you using? How do you like the Rokinon 12mm f2.0?
