I got rid of my 50 1.4 ( my copy was crap ), and 85 1.8 as I did not think they were as good as my 50 1.2 and 85 1.2..... never had a 35 f2... but my 35 1.4 is...

the shutter is up and out of the way during vid...

the overheating issue is a concern of mine as well.... even if the cam only shoots a few mins to a...

I think that the 5d2 will be a fantastic still...
I think that the 5d2 will be a fantastic still camera, and also produce some fantastic video.... but.... I feel that it will require some "work arounds" when shooting video. Much like the canon hv20...

this is a rough draft... and still needs some tweaking. I still need to smoothcam out the footage ( I tripped over some stuff in the warehouse ) and get the audio right.... one of the lavs sounds...

the flos are a better light... regarding their light. The leds are better regarding how they travel and how tough they are.... but the flos are more accurate in color.... not by much, but if you A-B...

try setting your white balance to a preset that looks good in the viewfinder.... but the best bet would be...
