How do you keep sharp focus when using stabilizers(Glaidcam etc.) ?

I like to hear the different methods you guys use to keep sharp focus when you are using stabilizers (Glidecam, Steadicam ....).
I shoot with the Canon A1 and when I shoot 60i auto-focus is not too...

Don, I don't have a problem with photographers they have a job to do just like us, and I worked with very nice and professional photographers, but sometimes you get someone like that guy in the clip...

Advice on matching custom preset to A1 and H1

I shoot with the A1 and H1, and most the time I use the "PANALOOK" custom preset to match the two cameras, but when I shoot inside with that preset I lose half a stop or more of light.

I have a project that I rendered from Vegas8 for a Blu-ray Disc, It is 22.9GB when I imported to DVDA5, But when I tried to burn it I get a message "There is not enough space in the temporary files...

Bob, I do have the properties setting in the project to "Blend Fields" in the Deinterlace method.
I have done downscaling from HD to SD many times but never have that interlace artifacts before that...

Thanks Jeff for your help, I am burning 5min of the WMV file to a DVD so I can see what it looks like on TV if it has any interlacing problem that can be seen.
WMV was the best result so far !!!!!
