New Star Wars-NOT!
Oh what you can do with a GL-2 and a bunch of green screen curtains and your friends.

Ring light test clip
Hereīs a simple test with a very cheap ring light:
http://us.share.geocities.com/gumonstro/gabriel.zip I was holding it, cause I didnīt have time to think about a solution to fix it around the lens of my pd170. The leading actor is my 2yo brother |
Gustavo,
please share more details and a picture of the ring light. did you build it yourself? is it made for some other industry and you are adapting it to video? thank you, marc |
The ring light is a circular florescent light you can buy at any hardware store. I didnīt fix it around the lens, I holded it while recording. Iīm still looking for a solution for this problem.

damn fine job. really good imagination. i liked it.
|
Careful, it's addictive. The first week I had it, I had to retrieve it from my recycle bin half a dozen times.
Nice making-of, too, which is new. |
Well done.
|
I didn't make this, this is something that a friend sent the link to me. I just thought that people would enjoy it. LMAO at the test part.

Great short. I really liked the editing and the acting was better than in so many of the shorts I've seen. You shot that on a DVX, right?
