Just curious, why are they 'out of vogue'? Have realtors found them an unneccesary expense, or not worth the ROI?

But yeah, nice property. Pool, scenic views, horse stable & everything.

Most realtors seem to think all houses will sell regardless of marketing and if it doesn't it was overpriced. It seems that the idea of selling a property for the most you can get is a foreign concept to a lot of realtors...

Thanks, Mark. I shot this over a two day period and much of the interior shots, where you could see the view outside came from late in the afternoon on the second day when the exterior and interior light was striking the right balance.

In Austin Texas a prominent new home builder pays 100 bucks a house for photos. There's no drone and no video, but that's that.

Yes there are folks doing more extensive photo and video shoots but that's a start.

No one should shoot interior stills for $100 unless that what you charge the realtor to borrow your cell phone ...
