X70 top handle replacement.
Is it possible to just buy the XLR handle?
I picked up a used x70 w/ 4K upgrade installed today because it was a killer deal ($875) at the local shop, but it didn't have the handle attachment. I'm ok with that for the most part, not sure if I'll ever use it, but would maybe consider getting it if it's not crazy expensive. I took a quick look on google and didn't see it readily available as an accessory. I got it because hopefully it will match my CX900 on the wedding side. Thanks! |

Remember that it's not just a handle, but also provides the XLR inputs and rec level controls...probably have to order from Sony Service since it's not an "option" for that model, always comes in the kit.

Thanks! I picked it up. Hopefully it works!
I was going to say, I don't really need it because my sennheiser shock mount fits on there, but having it just for completeness is nice, especially, if I decide to sell it later. |
