Insurance
Will insurance companies insure HD XD footage and tapeless hardware and software. Just a concern before moving closer to the tapeless realm.

Chubb Insurance Company does a lot of "unconventional" insurance coverage - at least they used to. I did a project for them in b-school and found out that they insured some items for sentimental value. Don't know if they still do...
