HC7 Doesn't remember Digi effects.

High there. For a Project I'm using a HC7 in "filmeffect". But every time I turn the camera off, the effect setting is gone. Since the camera is going away with a inexperienced camera opp. and it will be turned off and on a lot this is a bit annoying. Is there any thing I can do? Thanks.

Unless you turn your camera on every 12 hours, it automatically wipes certain (but not all) settings forcing you to reset them. Fortunately my personal menu is set with all the critical manual control features on page 1.

The Film look on the HC7 is a one field only processing, your resolution will no longer be 1440x1080i but 1440x540p (but still records to 1080i the single field)
