HDV footage viewing tip

Some (all?) of you probably already know this, but I just "discovered" that the DVICO Fusion HDTV PCI tuner card I have in my PC (for OTA HDTV viewing) plays the .m2t files from the HDR-HR7 quite nicely; no jaggies (deinterlacing) like when I play them with VLC Media Player. All I have to do is change the .m2t file extension to .ts, and use the Fusion's software in "play file" mode.

Looks great on my LCD monitor. Can't wait for when the smaller Sony x.v.Color compatible sets come out later this year...
