m2t files and fcp
i've heard that the best way to transfer the m2t files into FCP is through MPEG streamclip but does that cause a loss of quality at all. More compression. From the camera using the hard drive like the new Sony one that's supposed to come out soon, it a firewire 400 interface? or 800?
