Downconversion between Z1 _FX1 HDV/DV
Hi guys, just wanted to make sure on how to convert An hdv tape trough firewire into dv between a Z1 and an fx1 or a Sony deck!
Could u post the setting please... i don't wanne make mistakes on the settings! thx a lot |

Ciao, Stefano,
It's very simple. You just turn downconvert on in the camera, and chose the setting you want. "Squeeze" will preserve the 16:9 anamorphic video, which is usually the best, unless you need 4:3 letterboxed for some reason. Then capture and edit as DV just like you usually would. |
