Nice trailer! Great work, did you use any type of lens adapter on your FX1?

Lens Adapter

No we didn't use any lens adapter. I was always nervous about the image being recorded through too much glass which results in loss of detail. However, we did you a Pro Mist HDV filter which lights up the darks a little and mildly softens the image.

Thank you for the compliments. Are you a Sony FX-1 user as well?

Good work! - it just shows how, if used properly, these little cameras can produce great images...

I do own two of these cameras but I don't do film work, mostly live concerts/bands, etc. Very interesting to see what you were able to do.

Hope this is not considered thread stealing, but this is in the FX1 forum-- We shot this film trailer with the FX1 too. This camera has a lot of life left in it yet... some are just hitting their stride with it.

Thanks.

Sanjit: How is this being shot-- 60i, or one of the Cineframes ?

Ours was actually shot with Cineframe24

Chris, that can't be cheap to have had that music score produced.
