Blur on the tilt moves in HDV mode

Hola, every time i shoot in HD mode i can see blur on the tilt moves.I'm shooting with shutter at 50.Suggestions?

I i should shoot bird flying in the sky wich shutter settings should i set?

I always shoot at 100 shutter as std for 1080i 50i, fast panning will need an even faster speed of 250 or 500.

25p will also make pans and movement blurry.

Hi,thx!Do the newer hdv camcorders still suffer of this issue?
Remaining in sony family which one would you suggest to upgrade?
