HDV Camera as Player for Z1E

Can anyone suggest an HDV Camera, budget priced, to use as a playback machine for downloading my Z1E footage, to save the camera wear and tear!
I know with my Canon Cameras, I had to stick to a certain model to avoid dropout etc. This may have changed with HDV, but do I look for a cheap camera, or is there a particular model I need to look at?

Thanks, Mike.

I would get the hc3, true HDMI output and plus I can take that on trips instead of hauling the huge fx1.
