Reading Timecode through Field Monitor

I'm in the process of buying a field monitor for a Z1U but want to be able to have the timecode displayed on it during a shoot (for a logger). Right now I'm testing S-Video out of the Z1U into a Sony PVM studio monitor but getting no display.

Is there a setting in the Z1U to turn on the display to send to the monitor as I'd like to know this is possible before investing in the field monitor.

Thanks for any help with this....

I did get the TC data on S-video output, along with a lot of things I didn't want.

You have to press the Display button, if I remember well.
