Sorry to bring up an old thread but does the Z7 control the iris and zoom, if so, there must be an input to connect the 3rd party lens into??

Yes, there is a socket on the side of the Z7 to plug the Fuji lens into. Auto iris works on the Fuji lens, as does the power zoom, but you cannot use the zoom lever on top of the Z7 handle to zoom the Fuji lens.
