Shoulder strap for the NX5U

I have noiced that their is a shoulder loop on the NX5. The problem is I can only locate one loop. How does a shoulder strap go no this camcorder? Is their another loop on the camera that I cannot locate?

The manual shows one right behind the LCD screen on the top forward left side of the handle, and the other right below the VF Eyecup at the right bottom rear of the handle. Are they not like this on yours?

In the good old times Sony used to supply a shoulder-strap together with the camera. Nowadays, you have to buy it as an extra. Does this really save the company such a lot of money - or is it just to make shareholders happier...?

Initially I was a little bothered that a shoulder strap was not included, but I did have an extra strap from a DSLR which has a pad on the strap plus quick disconnects. I like this better than the ones that usually came from Sony because I can easily remove it when doing tripod ops.
