Thanks Victor for your settings offering. And Tom Hardwick - too, I have learned a lot about how to get better pictures from the camera.

Regarding settings such as for the Picture Profiles. Is there any resource which shows what all the variables do? I'm guessing there must be a million possibilities, and I'd love to know what to tweak first - and when to adjust stuff like the Knee point, or colour depth for a particular colour!!

The manual offers 4 pages of 128. I'd have to say that most of the other 124 pages help - these four just say "you can adjust this"!

I guess I am looking for the "Mastering course" that you hoped for in your post....

does the Eagle DVD cover more than just the basics - e.g. the manual, as suggested by other posts......?
