Content Management Utility?
Will the CMU allow me to add my own description and/or tags to files and then search on them?
Don't know if it matters, but I am on a PC. |

You can create custom tag which you apply in the CMU's database. You can filter searches by tags, date and GPS location. I don't remember if searching by frame rate and other metadata can be used. Not on my laptop right now. Surfing with my iPad.
