Difference between VX2000 & VX2000E
Chris...or anyone else !
I have been on the look to purchase a new VX2000. Almost everyone I have spoke to says they are not in stock and 10 -14 days out. I just checked on Beaches Web site where they had the VX2000 listed as in stock. When I called to confirm the guy I spoke to told me "it was not in stock"....when I asked why the web site said it was he.....stuttered and stammered and said "well it must have just been sold" and besides we are expectng the new VDCR VX2000E within the next 14 days. They even have it listed as seperate product on their site but no price detials. I went to Sony site and can find no information on this. Is this a newer model....or just some marketing scheme to jack the price up ? |

The VX2000E is the PAL version of the VX2000, E standing for Europe.
So unless you happened to live in a PAL country (ie. UK, Australia etc.) then you dont want this model. |
