Capturing Video on my Sony VX2100
Quick Question. Can you capture video using the sony vx2100 straight to a laptop without using a mini tape? If so, can you tell me how?

You can run firewire to your laptop and capture just like you were capturing from a tape. The VX2100 will stay powered on IF there is no tape in the camera and it is connected to firewire.
