Display Question (What does NS mean?)
I am new to the PD-150 and this forum. I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship.
I know it can be annoying when newbies ask the same questions that have been asked over and over, so I really have looked everywhere I can think of. I've searched all the back posts on this forum. I have gone over the Owner's Manual several times, and I still cannot find the answer: On the display, what does the NS mean? It comes before the 48K designation, above the audio level indicators. I also would like to know what ATW means, but I have not searched for that one, so I may find that answer by myself. But if someone knows and would like to save me the time, I would be grateful. Thanks

NS means that the Audio is not locked to the video. This is normal when you are working with DV, not DVCam. Don't worry about it.
ATW means Automatic Tracing White Balance which is a better method for automatic white balance than previous designs. Welcome to the world of VX-2000/PD-150 users. Great cameras!
