Ray,
I wanted to thank you for suggesting enggadgets.com. I just ordered a VX2100 and wanted the Porta Brace DVO-2/CR3 case to go along with the package. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the case sold anywhere (it apparently was just released at the NAB conference last month), including B & H. I gave Deann a call and she'll have one out in the mail to me early next week. She was very nice to speak to and said there would be no problems with shipping, even though I have an Army Post Office (APO) address. They only have a few more left on hand, with the next shipment from Porta Brace not arriving until the middle of June. Get ‘em while they’re hot! I went up to B&H last week and looked at the last one they had in stock and, I have to say, I wonder whether or not it will do the overhead bin thing.
Sideways it probably will, and I always see people hauling huge bags onto planes, but I don't think it's regulation size. Nice looking bag.
